TRADE TERMS

Orders over £30 retail value, post and packing paid, 35%.
Orders under £15 retail value, 0%.
From £15 - £30 retail value, 20% (except reps' orders, dues releases, scale-outs and pre-paid orders by cheque or credit card).
Abroad: Post and packing extra.

NON-TRADE ORDERS

If you do not wish to order via our website or from a bookshop, you can order direct from our UK distributor BookSource. Phone with a credit card number to the telephone number above, or send payment with order, sterling cheque/PO made out to 'BookSource', or quote Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard number (and expiry date).

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Online orders are sent by Tracked postage where possible and charged at the following rates:

United Kingdom Surface Mail:
£5.55 if order weight is less than 2 kilos
£9.05 if order weight is between 2 kilos and 10 kilos
£14.05 if order weight is over 10 kilos

Europe Airmail:
£10.20 if order weight is less than 250 grams
£11.60 if order weight is between 250 grams and 500 grams
£12.75 if order weight is between 500 grams and 750 grams
£13.90 if order weight is between 750 grams and 1000 grams
£14.50 if order weight is between 1000 grams and 1200 grams
£15.30 if order weight is between 1200 grams and 1500 grams
£15.80 if order weight is over 1500 grams

Rest of the World Airmail:
£12.30 if order weight is less than 100 grams
£13.65 if order weight is between 100 grams and 250 grams
£18.05 if order weight is between 250 grams and 500 grams
£20.85 if order weight is between 500 grams and 750 grams

All orders are supplied on firm sale. Returns can only be authorized by Temple Lodge Publishing.
